The Bikini Booty Build Challenge
Hey my girls! Are you ready to bring in summer 2020 more fit, healthy and stronger than ever?

This challenge is all about working your all around health and fitness- we will have full body weight training, stretching, recovery and cardio... AND on top of that you will be provided with 40+ recipes labeled with their macros and calories!
If you're continuing on after a previous challenge or completely new to BBK challenges WELCOME!

- A 5 Week workout plan
- 4-5 training days per week!
- Gym based w/ Home customization for use during social isolation & for those who train from home regularly **
- 2-3 lower body workouts per week! Very booty focused
- 1 upper body workout per week usually paired with core!
- 2 core focused workouts per week
- 1 optional cardio only session per week
- A nutrition/recipe guide with bomb recipes!
Vegetarian options and regular options.

- Stretch & Recovery routines for recovery days

** BBK is following the progression of the COVID-19 and is well aware that social distancing has been suggested in most nations and a lot of gyms are closed! That being said, although this plan is a gym based plan I will still be running the challenge with home customization to our gym workouts!
During this time, your physical and mental health should be your number one priority at all times! I have organized this plan around this pandemic and am offering the home workout customization throughout the challenge so you can still get the same effect on your muscles that your gym workouts and the use of machines would.
I know working out is an outlet for many people and want you to continue strong 💪🏼 so let’s do this! BBK is hoping our nations will have made progress and normal life will have resumed by our start date but we are prepared with this challenge and are going to keep the gains coming ... from home... until safe and responsible to do otherwise!
